All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging.
The packaging used for an order varies depending on the products being shipped, but the information below will give an idea of the packaging you can expect an order to ship in.
Paper mailing bags
Most orders up to a certain size will ship in either a small, medium or large paper mailers. These mailers are bespoke, manufactured specifically for use for ManaMerch orders.
Clothing items such as t-shirts and hoodies are folded neatly into these bags; to save on packing materials and reduce waste we do not pack items into individual bags before they are shipped in these mailers.
Our paper postal mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. The weather-proof parcel protects its contents during transit.
Cardboard boxes are used for orders too bulky for our large paper mailers. They work in just the same way though; clothing items are folded neatly into them, and any products requiring special packaging (such as mugs) which are shipping with clothing items are packed in their own packaging first before shipping in a box.
Each mug ships in a mug box. There are multiple types, including bespoke boxes designed and manufactured exclusively for ManaMerch customers.
11oz white and two-toned mugs ship in our bespoke single, 2x, 4x or 6x boxes. These are designed specifically for protecting mugs during transit.
Other mugs including enamel and travel mugs ship in thinner cardboard boxes. These boxes aren’t weather-resistant so they’re shipped wrapped securely in our bespoke paper mailing bags.
Orders are processed from the date and time of payment received, not the date and time it was placed. Our processing cut-off time is 1pm GMT, and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day.
Our quoted turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days. A working day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm, Monday to Friday. UK Bank Holidays are not included as a working day. This turnaround time is not to be taken as a guarantee of production times and should be taken as an estimate. No compensation will be offered for any orders that fall outside of this production estimate.

We expect lead times to remain within 7 working days or 4 working days for selected items.
Deliveries may take longer than usual as the couriers work through clearing their backlog of mail which was held.
Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items is not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by ManaMerch to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.
All prices exclude delivery and we ship worldwide.
A special, or next-day (24/48 Hour) delivery service does not guarantee that you will receive your item the day after placing the order, however does guarantee that you will receive the item the following working day after it has been dispatched.
Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.
No compensation will be offered for any orders that take longer than the quoted times to be delivered. These quotes are based on estimates from our couriers and as such they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months.
In case of an issue with a product on delivery you should immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. Once a photo has been received we will investigate and decide whether to accept or reject your claim of a fault. Please note that we judge faults based on a tolerance of up to 2cm for print positioning and garment manufacture. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
